Post 6 - Time travel to the future

Imagen
If I had to choose a place to be in the future, it would definitly be in space, since a from a very young age I have fantasized about science fiction films and although growing up and understanding how diffiult it is to explore space, that only makes me more curiosity and desire to know and feel what is up there. I have not the slightest idea when humans will be able to navigate space and see evereything with our own eyes (if we ever do) but I want to be there, no matter the date, but I need to see it myself. I addition to seeing everything, that's the most interesting thing, to be able to ask about all the advances, scientific discoveries in even all the history that passed up to that moment (hundreds or maybe thousands years) . Although I just said that I would love to know that mysterius but at the same full knowledge future, I would not stay there for any reason simply because I have my whole life here in the present, my family, my friends, my things, my house and that is irrep...

Post 5 - My future job

Imagen
It's a bit difficult to imagine a job for me, but I think I would like to work in a laboratory, maybe in a mining company or even in renewable energy investigation. But I believe that my vocation is to seek solutions for the planet that in the future will become more and more necessary with an ecological approach that is friendly to the environment. I don't know if my ideal work is specially in an office but it will definitely be indoors, probably in a laboratory; or if it is not indoor I would love to be able to travel a lot to do research both in Chile and in other countries, especially in Europe, since some of them are among the most advanced in the investigation and aplication in this matter. I am studying chemistry and in the future I plan to take a major related to renewable energy or mining, and then complement it with a major in economics.  Why a major in economics? Because if I want to travel a lot when I am working, I need to have extensive knowledge and management ...

Post 4 - Childhood Series

Imagen
Definitely when I think of a series from my childhood it is The Simpsons. I remember that since I was very little I came back from kindergarten or school and waited for it until 6 p.m. to turn on the TV and sit and watch the program until dinner time. When "The Simpsons Movie" was released I couldn't believe it, when I was able to get the DVD, I kept watching it over and over again without getting bored, I even got to learn tome dialogues of the characters. My favorite chapters were by far the Halloween specials because they ere so weird that I couldn't believe The Simpsons had those kind of chapters (a little gory or creepy) No doubt my favorite character was Bart, I ever wanted to be like him, especially after watching the movie. I played with my slingshot all day and I tried to learn skate many times, eventhough all I did was hurt my knees, break my pants and that when I came my mom would scold me for tearing the new pants she bought me and also arriving covered in...

Post 3 - My Pets

No doubt Daisy was my first love, she’s a 13 years old beagle that came to my life when I was 7 (the best gift of my life <3) I remember my dad coming home with a little box and when he opened it she was there, so small that she could fit in a coffee cup. Since then I have grown up with her until now in my 20’s. She’s so adorable and playful, loves to go for walks and of course she loves food. One day I left my house for a moment and put a family pizza on the table, but when I came back she had completely devoured it :c Although she is a little deaf and is not so agile as before, plays like she’s 5 years old, with an incredible energy and keeping the same look and love face, although now she has many gray hair. She’s one of the most important things in my life, with her I have lived many important moments, difficult, happy, sad moments but she always have been with me giving to me her unconditional love and company.

Post 1 - Japan

Imagen
When I was just a little kid I had to expose at school about Japan and since that moment I ever wanted to travel there. I know the culture it's so different like a mix between tradicional customs and the modern lifestyle. This is also reflected in the architecture of their cities, their food and even in their festivities. One of the great similarities between Japan and Chile are the earthquakes. Japan is one of de most siesmic countries in the world and for the same reason probably the best prepared for this type of catastrophe. What I want to do the most is walk downtown in Tokyo at night and enjoy the city lights, the streets and pubs... the nightlife really. Then I would like to go to Nara city and visit the traditional temples and learn about their history. If you ask me if I would like to live there, I think probably don't because the lifestyle it's so different from here that I feel like I don't know if I would have the hability to adapt to that society.
